SIMPLICITY & CONVENIENCE
Counting points, calories, and macros is confusing. I simplify nutrition and clarify the conflicting dieting messages from the media making it so hard to figure out.
All these mixed messages have us jumping from one fad quick fix to the next when in reality none of the work for the long-term or create a healthy relationship with food and your body.
Let’s ditch the diets and put an end to the “all or nothing” mentality by learning how to balance food and nutrition.
THERE’S POWER IN HAVING SOMEONE WHO CAN RELATE
I grew up watching those around me try all the fad diets and weight loss tricks. I have struggled with my own weight so I know how hard it can feel.
Now as a busy mom of two young girls I understand how difficult it can be to create a healthy plan for your family.
Let’s finally answer the question “What SHOULD I eat?” without giving up the foods you love using all “all foods fit approach.
